General Information
- All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.
- Additional person is $25 per night.
- Up to two children under the age of twelve (12) using existing bedding free in the same room with adults.
- Taxes, resort and service fees are not included. Puerto Rico Government tax is 9%;.
- No pets permitted in guest accommodations.
- Villas include color cable TV, complete kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry.
- Rollaways and full-size cribs are available for rental.
- A deposit equal to one night off season and 3 nights on season of daily room rate is required within 14 days of reservation booking. Balance is charged on arrival.
- Cancellation must be made 72 hours in season and 48 hours off season prior to date of arrival or deposit will be forfeited.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
